Living the Dream. A good place to start.

Living the Dream

Hello, my name is R. Hans Anderegg. I have been in financial services for a little over 38 years. I have been a millionaire three times. I have also had 3 heart attacks, two heart surgeries, and a stroke that kept me in the hospital for 28 days. When and if you meet me in person, you will not probably never notice it. I have been extremely blessed.

So why am I writing and doing this? Being so close to death so many times gave me some unique perspectives and I would like to give back some insights to help make your journey successful. My illusion is that you might not have to touch the stove burner that is turned on to see that it’s hot. You can learn from others’ mistakes. Just don’t buy into all of their dogmas. Nothing is more valuable than experience. Believe in your own ability and life.

Number One. Never feel ashamed to give love and acceptance to a higher source. I choose the name, God. He’s always been there, even if I wasn’t. I’ve probably caused my guardian angel at least a couple of nervous break downs.

Number Two. No matters hard you try, you will never make it out of this world alive. So quit trying.

Number Three. Make the most of what you have. Take your life on your own terms. There’s no mulligans or do-overs. There is no shame in losing. The only shame is in giving up and quitting. One of the great thoughts and saying, “the past does not have to equal the future”. Basically, if you don’t give up and quit, you can never be defeated. Now with that out of the way, It’s time to get started.

Living the Dream. That can sound like a large thought and task. It can be if you want it to be. It can be just as simple. The hard part is deciding what makes the sense to you. The only variable is time. So make the most of it and where your true heart takes you. Being true to you is never a bad choice.
